Happy New year.

I have a multi wan router model: Vigor 3200 with following setup, for which i need your help for following:

Setup

1. At "Wan 1" I have connect a VDSL modem for internet access
2. At "Wan 2" I have connect a ADSL modem for internet access
3. At "Wan 3" I have connect a ADSL modem for internet access
4. At "Lan" I have connect my network switch "Cisco Catalyst 2960"

I would like to make the following setup on the Draytek multi wan router Vigor 3200:

1. When internet connection on the modem which are connected to the "Wan 1" interrupted automatically activated the "Wan 2" so that all internet traffic to pass from there.
2. When internet connection on the modem which are connected to the "Wan 2" interrupted automatically activated the "Wan 3" so that all internet traffic to pass from there.
3. To setup an access list so that only specific ips from our company network to have access to the internet.
