Ive just installed a new 2830N and bought the relevant web filter subscription.

However when I click on CSM >> Web Content Filter Profile it says not activated.

I click on activate and it takes me to register for draytek product registration, I sign up then it doesn't allow me to do anything when there.

Ive set this up on a few before with no issues, I don't even get the one months free trial on this one?
