Firewall Rules Draytek 3900

I have upgraded the router to the latest firmware, 1.0.9.1

I have tried to create a simple firewall and NAT ruling to port 6061 an port 80.

The rules seem to be getting ignored, as nothing is getting logged in the syslog.

Any ideas appreciated?
