New installation 2860 remote login was created by alexph
Hi
At my Office, I have a new 2860 for my fibre broadband (P,lusNet), which is FTTC and uses a BTOR modem into WAN2 on Draytek. I enabled Remote Management.
I tried to login from my home using http://<Fixed IP Address>:80. The login screen pops up but when I enter the username and password, it tells me that this is wrong ( which it isn't)
Is there a separate remote Admin login username and password, which I have missed, or can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong.
Thanks

Should be the same , is definitely a draytek login screen and not the BTOR Modem
I take it Remote management has been allowed on WAN2 and any WAN IP address allowed access as well
