I would doubt resting to defaults would make any difference. Unfortunately it looks like you can't update you NO-IP DDNS account from your DrayTek Vigor. NO-IP do have a Dynamic Update Client for Windows, Mac and Linux you could use on one of your PCs or Laptops instead.

Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately I don't have a pc always on.
I try to enable ddns service on the Adsl router, and setting dmz to the address of draytec I should solve the problem.
