Vigor 2860 Static IP address setup

Recently upgraded to FTC and purchased a Vigor 2860 device. I have been assigned 5 static ip addresses by my ISP. If i am right in what the ISP does, they assign me a dynamic IP address to connect the Vigor to them. Then i will have to configure the static ip address on the LAN ports of the Vigor. However i am not finding any joy with this device. It seems all other LAN ports except port 1 is disabled. LAN port is assigned a private ip address with DHCP and i can access the device by plugging into Port 1. How would i enable the rest of the lan ports and set them up with static public ip address. It mentions about enabling VLAN to access the rest of the ports, but i am not sure about this. I thought by default all ports are in VLAN 1. Hope somebody can sort this for me. Thanks
