Dear all,

I'm having some major issues with a new Draytek 2860 that was installed only 2 days ago.
We were able to connect it to the internet, no problems there but since then when we try to login to the admin page, we're immediately redirected to the main Draytek website so are unable to do anything else with it.

I need to get on it and change some firewall settings but am presently unable to.

So you get the admin login name/password screen okay...and then after entering those, it goes to which URL ?

correct, as soon as you submit the correct username and password it redirects to http://www.draytek.com/

I've been in touch with support who believe it is corrupted firmware causing the issue, the only problem is the device is now 200 miles from when I am so it's going to a complete pain to resolve!

Unless you, have any other ideas?

I would tend to agree; seems very strange. might have been a power surge etc... Someone at the site could post it to you perhaps.
Tried a different browser? Can you telnet to it ?
