Disabling LAN ports on DrayTek 2860n fails

Disabling LAN ports on DrayTek 2860n fails was created by jabster78
Hi All,

I'm trying to disable a LAN port on a 2860n via the cli as per the folowwing doc https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-disable-lan-ports and it fails with the message:

Router> port disable 3
Please enable telnet server for Internet management.

Any ideas why this is happing and fix?

Are you running the correct firmware ?

You are connecting to the draytek on the same network ?
