Hi I am working with support who have kindly supplied a spare 2960 with a seriesl port cable attached for troubleshooting.
When I try to restore a backup from my original 2960 I get a message to say file is incompatible. Both routers are running the same build of 1.5.1.3

On the new 2960 I did a full factory reset and added a basic config - just new LA IP address. Backed up the config and tried a restore - same incompatible error. Sounds like a bug in 1.5.1.3?

I have let the support team know, but wonder if we have anoy other 2960 users here that have been able to backup restore using 1.5.1.3 ?
