Service Activation: no DT-DDNS checkbox

Service Activation: no DT-DDNS checkbox was created by dave noonan
I've enabled Dynamic Setup on my 2860 but on the Service Activation Wizard the Dynamic DNS(DDNS) Service does not show the DT-DDNS checkbox (BPJM, Cyren and DT-APPE checkboxes do show).
I'm not an expert so I realise it's probably something I've done... thanks.

For anybody else also stuck: you must have registered your router with MyVigor first.
