Afternoon all
client has a focus (unlimitedhorizon sip system) and all was working fine via the smarthub 2 with a btbusiness login and a fixed ip
They asked for vpn access to a new server so i installed a 2927ax and put the smarthub in bridge mode, the internet et all works no problem but the sip will not connect properly, polycom phones do not load the homepage etc and only one phone rings.
by accident/habit i entered the home bt username after a reset which put the system on bt's dhcp service and it all worked, except the vpn users now have to ring in to find out what the ip is, reverting to the btbusiness login breaks the system. BT insist it isn't their end.
any help clues or try this is much appreciated
