I've been struggling with TCP session disconnects when using a LAN to LAN VPN connection to Surfshark IKEv2 EAP.

When the Phase 1 rekey happens, it terminates all user opened TCP sessions (for example SSH tunnels will disconnect) which the user will then need to reconnect. Once the rekey has complete the VPN tunnel remains solid until the next rekey, which I've now set at 24 hours to lessen disruption.

Is this normal behaviour for IKEv2 EAP or, is something amiss at my end on in the Vigor config or perhaps Surshark's? I tested this with NordVPN and the behaviour is the same.

Ideally I would like to be using the Wireguard LAN to LAN, but that appears limited to ~70Mbps at the moment.

I have a 2927ax and Surfshark works fine using IKEv2 EAP. How are you configuring the Phase settings? It's not possible to include screenshots on this forum but if you like you can post the issue on Reddit (/r/Draytek) and I'll take a look.
