2862VAC - Firmware 3992 slow with http sites

A week or so ago I upgraded firmware on my 2862VAC router from 3.9.9.1 to 3.9.9.2. Ever since I have been experiencing very slow and lost connections to http only sites. It also appeared to affect search results in google. Using a VPN resolved the problem, but not something I want to run routinely. Downgrading to 3.9.9.1 has resolved the problem so far. Anyone else seeing this?
