Good Afternoon All,

I haven't posted for a while but have just had cityfibre installed and wanted to query WAN VLAN insertion on the 2962. Firmware version 4.3.2.4. My query is on the tech doc on the draytek website it shows both CVLAN and SVLAN under general setup. On my 2962 it shows only VLAN Tag Insertion not customer or service. Can Anyone clarify if this is the service VLAN I am looking for or if I need to look elsewhere on the 2962?

You need to goto

WAN/General Setup

Click on the WAN you want to set and enter 911 when you have enabled VLAN Tag insertion. Leave priority at 0.
