ipv6 on the Trooli was created by krissn
Hi,
Does anyone know how to correctly enable ipv6 on Trooli fibre optic connection?
I've got ipv4 working correctly (PPPoE, with username and password) but when I set IPv6 (PPP type) the vigor 2865 keeps restarting until I unplug WAN2 port (one to fibre optic modem).
In my opinion this could be a bug in the firmware (lastest one) as I don't think the router should keep restarting.
ps. Trooli supplied router works correctly on ipv6
Regards
Kriss

I have exactly the same problem with my Vigor 2865 on the Zen fibre network.
If I enable IPv6 and use either DCHPv6 Client or PPP as the connection type then it goes into a reboot loop until I unplug it and disable IPv6 on the Internet Access tab. The Zen supplied router seems fine for IPv6
I tried to look at the syslog errors while it was happening - but the logs were flooded with DHCPv6 timeout (0 seconds) errors during the point it rebooted. Going to raise a support case with Draytek to see if they can see what's happening.
Please let me know if you managed to fix it yourself

I haven't fixed it. I gave up.
I talked to support, got them some wire shark logs, and other data. They were quite responsive at the beginning but went quite after some time.
Write to them. Maybe they put more effort to solve that issue if see other people with same problem.
