PS - A work-around is to set it up under 'Time and Date", 'Advanced' and set up under Customised.

Thanks - I've used Advanced to set the same values as Default (ensuring that October change happens at 0200) and that seems to work. I wonder what Default thinks it is?

Yep, got a 2862 here (on 3.9.9.7 FW) that won’t update its time and date settings via NTP.
I have tried many NTP servers, by name and by IP, but none seem to work, only browser time - which then gets reverted back to the NTP settings and sets the incorrect date and time. So the local logs are all messed up now.
Luckily I have no schedules set on this router.

I should add that my 2862 upgraded to firmware 3.9.9.7_BT correctly obtains NTP time and displays as expected in GMT with default advanced settings.> sys time show *************** System Time *************** Current System Time: [2024 Nov 11 Mon 23:39:54] Primary NTP Server: [europe.pool.ntp.org] Secondary NTP Server: [pool.ntp.org] Time Zone Index: [24]. Thank you John!
After setting mine to exactly the same settings as yours, it has maintained the time via the NTP server, nice one!
