Since upgrading to the latest FW (4.4.5.5_BT) on my Vigor 2766, I keep getting the following ARP messages logged for any Windows device that connects to the network (LAN or WIFI): (Android devices don't generate this message)

vigor2766 DrayTek: [ARP][LAN IP conflict - lan ip conflicts with the one host whose MAC is xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx, please contact with the administrator]
There are no IP conflicts on my network, I've checked both on the devices in question and performed an ARP scan using other tooling, and everything is working as expected. Perhaps a bug with this FW?
