LAN to LAN on Vigor2820 was created by testsubjec
Hi folks,

I have got two Vigor 2820 configured to use a LAN to LAN VPN (PPTP).

Router 1 IP: 192.168.10.254
Router 2 IP: 192.168.11.254

After doing an IP audit I came across an IP address of 192.168.10.202 and this turns out to be Router 2.

I want to know why, and also is there anyway I can change this as I have gone through both routers and cannot find anything relating to this IP.

Many thanks

It's set in VPN - PPP General Setup

The setting Assigned IP Range defines from what range the IP is allocated. Always starts two higher than the IP defined.

Router 1 Allocates router 2 an IP as part of IPCP when the VPN establishes.
