I'm new to this forum and to DrayTek routers. I have a 2910 router with IPSec Remote Dial-in User VPN setup. I would like to allow VPN user access only to specific local IP and specific port. Is this possible on this router.

Possibly. There is a setting somewhere which stops filters being applied to the VPN. You would have to change this and then the default filters to exclude the VPN IP range (if you know it - easy with a PPTP VPN but I'm not sure with an IPSec one). Then you can filter what you like through the VPN.
