hi all

i have three users all running Vista home Premium and at the moment they are all running a cisco VPN programme but when i install the smart VPN software.

i have configure it all ok but when connecting it getd to authenticating then displays unknown error

all three users have the same issue and i have other users with out the cisco software working ok
