VPN for selected LAN clients was created by aht2000
Hello,
I have a VPN PPTP connection running on my Vigor 2020vn. I have "Change default route to this VPN tunnel ( Only single WAN supports this )" checked, and "From first subnet to remote network, you have to do" = NAT.
Based on the above, all traffic from my LAN is routed through VPN.
However, what I need is to only allow one or two specific clients on my LAN to have their traffic go through the VPN connection running on the Vigor while remaining LAN clients\ traffic go through normally to the internet.
Is this possible? If yes, then how?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
I understood that what I need is available through split Tunneling. Does the Vigor 2820vn support this feature? If yes, then how.

There isn't really a way to do that for specific clients since the VPN gateway setting is for everything going through the router - you'd need to use individual VPN connections from those computers so that they'll use the VPN as the gateway.
Split tunneling just means having the VPN connection up but not using it as the gateway, which is a security risk with some networks.
