Have either of you raised this with support?

I have raised it with support, there is a guy called Harry dealing with it for me but so far no luck, he has given me something else to try today so I will wait and see if that cures it.

I have still had no contact to say whats wrong - it has been passed onto a higher support level so I guess I'll just wait - so not happy with new 2830's at the moment and won't be buying anymore until they get the bugs sorted.
