Hi,
Gave up my router is old 29010 they are not on MS supported list so went with Windows Azure connect for now as I'm the only one that needs access.
I think you need a fairly new rouer with latest IPSEC bitshttp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsazure/jj156075.aspx
Didn't go much further than that i'm afraid. are you making good use of Azure? Looks pretty good at the moment.

I successfully connected it with an IPPBX 2820N with help from Tim at draytek
ipsec settings I used were
The IPSEC Security Mode should be set to high and AES with Authentication
The Advanced Settings should be set to (AES 128 with Diffie-Hellman Group 2 and SHA-1)
