I have set up several LAN to LAN profiles before but for the life of me cannot even establish a basic PPTP link between a 2860 & 2600V?

Both sites used to be working on IPSEC until one side got upgraded to the 2860 and now I cannot even get a basic link. Both routers have the latest firmwares.

I can get the 2860 to connect to a different site with another 2860 using PPTP. But I cannot get that sites 2860 to connect to the 2600V either
