Have you tried creating them as a separate SA config?
Does the Cisco trace to you ok?
Where does the trace route stop from you side

I have tried to set up second VPN profile but didn’t work. As 172.16.16.0 network already in the routing table it gives Warning about remote subnet is conflicts with others...

Tracing Cisco from Vlan 10 is okay but tracing from vlan 20 stops on Vigor

They said they did not see any traffic from my second network on cisco..

so their Crypto map has an access list to allow traffic from both your VLANs?

Can you paste in the routing table (you can blank out the WAN IPs)
