I have set up an IPSEC LAN to LAN Tunnel, it connects OK and I have got the Local & Remote network IP's right. But on the office side the RX is 0 but TX is fine, where as the offsite shows RX & TX. Why would this be happening? Obviously I cannot ping either remote network because of this.

Just so you know I did have the Offsite connected to a Sophos UTM but it seemed to be interfering with certain traffic, so I connected the 2925 to the offsite router directly and assigned its WAN a static IP. The reason I mention this is because the VPN worked then to but I was able to ping both remote networks, its since moving the WAN to the Router the trouble started. I cant see why as I didnt change the VPN settings. I have tried reversing the VPN so the offsite dials out but its always the same.

Any ideas?
