Configuring Dial-In VPN on a 2960 Firewall was created by seb spiers
We have many Draytek routers which use the Dial-In VPN feature, without issue.

On the more complex firewall product (2960) I cannot see how to setup a dial-in VPN account.

I also cant seem to find any documentation on it!

Can anyone help? Is it possible? It must be!

Its almost done in the same way.
Make sure the VPN type is enabled in the remote access control.
Go to VPN profiles and add the profile against the tab you want to use.
If you are doing L2TP/IPsec then you need to configure the PPP settings also
