I just tried to use mine and found this too as per

I'm in the same position, it is pretty poor to limit to 15 characters

write to support for fw 4.2.2 release candidate. VPN password is increased to 128 characters :)

I guess I'm right in saying legacy products like the 2860 are sheet out of luck with this due to v3.8.x being the last code line?
