L2TP VPNs have started failing on a 2962, same creds work on PPTP/SSL

L2TP VPNs have started failing on a 2962, same creds work on PPTP/SSL was created by Darren
Lately we have seen some VPN issues with L2TP.

SSL and PPTP still work, though we don't use PPTP, only for testing.

L2TP, fails with username/password error, same details used in working SSL connections.

We've reset the shared secret but makes no change, anyone have any ideas or seen similar?

Syslog shows as chaps error:- [L2TP][L2L][1:Quantum][@*.*.*.*] CHAP resp: authentication fail   2024-08-05 15:42:42 L2TP (VPN-20, test@test.com) ==> Protocol:CHAP(c223) Failure Identifier:0x01 E=691 R=1 C=627133C0FC860FE7B83EF3D7A46677D7 V=0 M=Good luck! ##
