hi there

tried searching the forums but can't find an answer...

i'm trying to link my AE to my new 2820. i can get working with no encryption, but having no luck with WPA security. strange thing is that the AE gives a green light, but the 2820 says that the link is down and won't pass and data. very frustrating.

any ideas or advice would be most welcome!

regards... jonny

quick update...

i've now got the 2820 and AE working in WDS with 128 bit WEP. so the problem is definitely some sort of incompatability of WPA between the two devices?

anyone know a way around this?

Any progress on this?

I am trying to connect a Time Capsule to a 2820vn over WDS without any joy

The Draytek ia showing connected but D for down.

I cannot get data to cross between them and the TC will not get an IP address from the Daytek.

Any ideas anyone?

Mike
