I can only get 3 devices connected via wireless, IP address pool set to 20, I can see that 5 IP's have been allcoated but the 4th device cannot connect to the internet, it does not matter which order I connect the devices always the 4th fails to get internet connection. Anybody else had this problem.

Yup. I've got a ION board with built in N and that passes WPA2, gets IP address then gets no other data. Set the router to G only and it works. Something in the N firmware then it seems.

I couldn't see the 2820n at all from either an (HTC) O2 XDA Guide or an HTC hero with N enabled, works fine in B+G mode.
Thanks for the pointer...
Hoping this may also stop my laptops not being able to reconnect wirelessly at intermittent intervals unless I reboot the router.
No problems connecting to Draytek 2600vg and Linksys access points.
Any suggestions for a fix Draytek without having to disable N?

Anyone figured out a better fix for getting 802.11g and n to work at the same time?
Just got an xbox with 802.11n, sure enough tried enabling g+n on the router and the G clients start having problems again!
Still happens having tried upgrading firmware to 3.3.4_232201!
Number of different clients all fail- broadcom, htc, intel...

It's annoying, wish Draytek would pull their finger out and fix it!
