Hi, I have a new 2710 VDn and after similar trouble SEG pointed me to the 3.3.6-beta version for UK. Is this OK to use. Not had any drop outs since but not happy with working out how to use the features without a real in depth / technical comms manual, just a simple Quick Start Guide guide is not good enough. Also problems with setting up my cordless Panasonic phone and why does the Primary DNS fall over to 8.8.8.8, but I will ask for help soon in a new thread.

I had the same issue as the OP and went to 3.3.7 (available on the draytek.com site - not the UK one), and the issue is solved!

WiFi certainly doesn't seem to be very good on this unit - signal level seems low even when close to it. Also has this strange tendency to disable WiFi if you make any changes to the settings.
