Hi JasonC,
Thanks for the update. Interesting that other device types seem to cause the same symptoms.
Glad you got a fix (fingers Xd). What version is this? I thought you were already on the latest version (v3.6.3). If it's a hotfix are there any release notes on what it fixes? Might give some clues.
Chris

Hello,
The version they sent to me was 3.6.3_RC1which is different to the one I downloaded from the website. There was not any release notes with it but I could always ask them I guess, I will email them.

Fact, the "HTC One X+ smart phone" cause 2850n to loop boot.
I did many tests over few days now. You disable the smartphone`s wifi and router will serve just fine.
Never seen this behavior on any access point. No matter what I did to it with whatever wifi client chip.
If one device can cause this, there must be more. Not sure if this is for HTC or Draytek to solve. Perhaps both.
I post a new thread to save someone else the trouble to hunt the reason.

Hi,
I can confirm that by amazing coincidence, I narrowed down the problem to a an employee's One-X phone yesterday (10th Jan 2013) and came here to update my thread.
I'll be updating my support ticket with Draytek and getting them to send me the firmware update.
Thanks to all who have worked on this.

Draytek will send you a different Firmware, that will solve the issue.
