I just installed a new 2830n V2 today, and wireless was working fine, although not as good as I thought it should be. I noticed a firmware update from the factory supplied and since the firmware update it has no wifi. I have reset, factory restored, updated firmware again but still no wifi at all.

Any thoughts. Also tried in vain to reset to the earlier firmware, but cannot find a source for anything but the latest version.

Hi, are you sure you have not load by mistake (even prior update to 3.7.4.2) any other firmware from the normal 2830 (v1) ? they are different

If you sure you have have updated the correct firmwares, i suggest to contact the support because is a new modem (product) and i don't have much info about it
