Hi,

I set up a 2860NVP with AP900 for a customer, all the AP have the same SSID and Passwords, the issue I have is when I connect a Windows tablet or phone the internet works fine. But when I connect a Apple or Android tablet or phone, the devices connect but will not surf the internet.

I have investigated on a iMac, the Wifi adapter displays the IP etc but not the router address, this is set to 0.0.0.0 if I enter all the details manually the iMac works fine.


Any advice would be really appreciated.

I'd imagine it's down to the DHCP server in the router not handing it out

try creating a new identity. You may also have to delete the key chain access os the macs see the network as a new connection.

Update firmware, we've had the same problem with iPods.
