AP-902ac & Intel 7260ac wifi card was created by dwhyte14
Hi all,
Have always had an issue with my AP-902ac and odd speed dropouts and connection on the 5Ghz channel with ac speeds.
Now though, after resetting Windows 10 with all updates applied, I cannot get a 5Ghz connection moe tha 54Mbps.
Tried with all the QOS settings off, channels on Auto and manually set, changed relevant settings on the laptop wifi card etc.
This is also happening with laptop right beside AP.
Wasting too much time on this and probably something simple that I've overlooked for a 'Doh!' moment:oops:
Thanks for any suggestions,
D

Fixed and was a Doh! moment.
It was simple, the laptop Wifi network connection settings were looking for TKIP and AP-902 was set as AES.
Swapped to AES and sorted.
Still slow but old building with thick walls. Getting a constant speed, normally 270Mbps sometimes 350.
Thanks to all for reading.
