Hi guys I'm after some help please regarding a draytek hub I'm using to extend my wifi range to my workshop I've ran a cat 5 cable from my bt hub in to the draytek router in the workshop and it works fine but my wife phone keeps losing internet access to the bt hub, it has full signal but says internet not available, I'm not clued up on mac addresses etc any help would be amazing many thanks in advance cheers

This sounds like a problem with your wife's phone, or the BT hub - since they're the bits that aren't working :lol:
... it could be DHCP problem, I suppose, if both Draytek and BT 'thing' are both active and in conflict...
Is there any reason the Draytek Router can't be the primary connection to the Internet, with the BT Hub relegated to being a simple Access Point? The tail seems to be wagging the dog at the moment
