Anyone brave enough to try out the new AP906 WiFi AP?

Also I think it's still the case that the router has to be the same spec of wifi as the AP - i.e. ax router with AP906, ac router with AP903 - otherwise mesh doesn't work anyway.

Thanks for the feedback.
Mesh mode is attractive to me as I run 3 vLANs each with a SSID and I would like to have those available property wide. The APs would be wireless nodes and the last time I tried to use this, it didn't work at all. The Mesh would be created, but then never work. Wired it worked fine. Even had support remote into my machine to try and configure it themselves, they couldn't get it working either.
I'd like to think that as a couple of years has passed by, the firmware of all these devices would be more mature....but once bitten twice shy as they say.
