PSTN relay timing issue on 2820Vn was created by 414nsw
I'm having problems getting the PSTN relay / passthrough to work on my 2820Vn correctly due to timing issues when swtiching over to PSTN and dialing.
The sequence is:
Pick up handset ==> Get dial tone
Dial number ==> number dials
PAUSE
Beep Beep
Dials number again
Then I get the PSTN dial tone
So the system is redialing the number before I have the PSTN line.
Is there a way to fix this or am I missing something.
Thanks for reading this.

I also have this problem.. and it's referred to here
http://www.forum.draytek.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=10144&highlight=pstn
it is odd.. because if I use the #0 method to dial out, the PSTN line comes up quickly.
I am on the 3.3.0 firmware..

This concerns me that this causes 999 calls not to work.
Hopefully this does not cause a real problem is not a legal issue waiting to happen.

Are you both still having this issue or did you manage to resolve it?
I cannot fix this problem despite a whole long list of different attempts.
I am hoping it is just the one I have and not the whole lot.
