I have a similar Issue. If I dial #0 I get PSTN dial tone for about 5 secs, then it clicks ad reverts back to Voip Dial tone. I cannot place any call or receive any call via PSTN

Yes I have tried both ear and mic gain. There currently set to 6/6 for both Phone 1 and 2.

Is it a very long line; maybe try removing extensiuon plate from NT£4 socket and plugging directly into master for experimentation.

Tried that.even tried putting the un filtered cable in to the line in socket. No difference. Is there a setting to ignore a dial tone check, if it even checks
