Hi Lee
The calls are mostly terminated but a few times have been left on hold.
I'm using VigorPhone 350 - FW - 12202.26.1.03 All are on the same version. This is the latest one on the .com site.
Cheers
Tim

Hi Tim,
That is quite strange. Its difficult to say wether it is an extension or a IPPBX or a DrayTel issue.
Is there any latency on the network which could be responsible for causing the dropping of the call?

Hi Lee,
There is no discernable latency.
It may be a DrayTel issue as no one else seems to be reporting the same problem. I'll remind them that they were supposed to get back to me. DrayTel appears to be a very young company and expeiencing growing pains.
Cheers

I believe that 03i is the latest one, it's on the UK site. 12202.26.1.03 on the .com site is a significantly older version.
I'd recommend contacting the UK DrayTek IPPBX support if you have an issue with call transfer, first step would be to verify if the call transfer issues still occur with the 03i version.

Hi.
Well it seems that the i firmware has solved my problem. It's now working just fine for the local Vigorphones though I have yet to test it with the remote handsets.
As soon as that was tested O2 Broadband then bit the dust today.
I'll report on the remotes as soon as I'm able to test them...

Sorry to jump in on this thread, but I am having exactly the same problem with a different setup. My setup is 4 * Linksys SPA941's, our provider is Voipfone, and our router is a Draytek 2600plus. Having tested with another router the Draytek seems to be the cause (latest firmware of course).
