Dear all,

Has anyone managed to get either a 2600 or 2800 router working in the Channel Islands (UK). More specifically does anyone have it working in Guernsey using Sure Telecom (Part of Cable + Wireless)????

Cheers
Paul

I can't offer specific advice, but there are lots of DrayTek ADSL users in the CI's.

Yes, but are all of these in Jersey or can you confirm if some of these users are in Guernsey?

Regards
Paul.

Hi

Yes I have 5 2800 series at 4 different sites in Guernsey.

We have been using Vigor products for around 5 years or so.

4 on Sure/C&W and 1 on Newtel

Hey, I'm using a Vigor 2800vg on a Jersey Newtel connection. I'm getting a low ish SNR of about 16. It is 21 odd with a Netgear!

With the Netgear it trains up at the 8Mb it should train up at. With the Vigor (and I've tried two different 2600's aswell) it's less than this consistently!

Any advice anyone?

James
