on a 2950, i've got the load balance set to:
192.168.16.10-99 >wan1
192.16816.100-200 >wan2
nothing else changed from default.... no ports etc and it works fine.
maybe its due to the start ip and end ip being the same?

"In your load balance policy rule did you specify destination port start and end?"
I have tried it specifying a port and not, both with the same results.
"Also I found (on a 2950) that I had to specify the Downlink and Uplink speeds on WAN, General Setup for auto load balancing to work."
The thing is I don't really want auto load balancing, I want to specify which IP's use which WAN port.
"maybe its due to the start ip and end ip being the same?"
I changed my rule to:
192.168.1.99 > 192.168.1.101 > WAN2
192.168.1.100 still uses WAN1 for all traffic.
Any other ideas? I'm completely stuck with this now, if there weren't other people on here that had these working I would be saying they don't work at all!

It's a Linksys modem in bridged mode, so everything is controlled by the Draytek.

long shot but.....
try changing the pc ip adress to something other than 192.168.1.100 eg 192.168.1.90 etc and set the load balance accordingly just to see what happens.

Thanks Louis but yeah it was a long shot, no good unfortunately. I'm starting to think there's something wrong with this router.
