Hmmm......most enlightening, rothers!

Do you know whether Demon / C&W are doing anything to deal with the problem? Have you managed to talk to anyone who can help? Is there anything Joe Public can do?

Are you getting large amount of RX CRC errors? I am in the same boat.

Received this email (after a multitude of phone calls & emails to their helpdesk) three days ago from Demon:

"A profile change has been made on your line and our tests indicate your service has since stabilized, please monitor and report any further issues to our helpdesk."

The network has only dropped twice since then. Anyone else received this?

Likewise here, something has changed for the better.

No disconnections for a few day's now, router WAN1 uptime over 100 hrs despite numerous incoming phone calls.
