Vigor 120 drops off connection

Hello

my Vigor 120 will drop off connection several times a day and reconnect almost instantly, literally after seconds. It looks like modem re-syncs (DSL LED blinking). This is very annoying to say the least.

Is this fixable or shall I return modem back to supplier for a refund/exchange?

I have the exact same problem. Would be very interested to understand if there is a fix for this. My SNR margin has shot up to 15 as a result.

Does anyone from the Draytek team ever pick up on this forum. There seems to be a very consistent problem across the newer products and all quiet on the Draytek front...

I've only had my Vigor120 a couple of days and I'm getting the line dropping too.

I thought it may be my firewall set up but since other are seeing the same problem I doubt that somehow.

Swapped back to the 100 and all is well.

Avoid the 120 until new firmware arrives or Draytek UK support starts communicating a little more effectively.
