My Client's Vigor 120 is also dropping connection after hours when the LAN goes quiet. I chose the 120 because I needed a simple reliable ADSL 'modem' to connect a Firebox Edge. It seems this is not it.

I am having regular line drop out issues. This unit was a straight swapout for a Vigor 100 that had been frazzled during a recent power spike.

There is clearly something very wrong with the 120 firmware.

I posted a ticket to Draytek Support yesterday and so far they have asked me to send them logs.

Given that the 120 is installed on a remote site, I am not prepared to get involved in a protracted send us the logs dialogue until I know what the possible issues/fixes are. I have expressed this to Support and have so far had no response.

Call me old fashioned, but with the number of postings I am seeing on the web about line drop outs with this device, I suspect I'm being stalled.

Does anyone know where I can buy a Vigor 100 from?

I seem to be having the same issue.

I'm using the Vigor 120 as a 2nd WAN on a vigor 2820. Connection will keep dropping and then eventually it won't connect at all, until it is power cycled.

i can add my name to this list.
i just started using the Vigor 120 today and it has dropped connection 3 times in about 5 hours.

previous router/modems have stayed connected for days without disconnecting.
