Are there any Draytek Admins that can answer this question , these products are not cheap , and it would be nice to think that there was some kind of support

I have contacted technical support and through various e-mails back and forth, here is what they confirmed.

Does QoS work on the 3300v on VPNS?
"-Yes, QoS does work on draytek router using the IP addresses to or from remote subnet."

Also, leaving an entry, either source IP or destination IP blank, means any IP address.

There is no way to monitor QoS traffic over the VPNs as you can with the 2820s. This I think has already been posted in the Wishlist section.

I have no set my filters for VOIP traffic with dynamic address and the 3 IP addresses of the pbx/32
I also entered in an additional filter, with Basic Service type status, and set this as H.323 (TCP:1720) which is the protocol VoIP uses. (someone correct me if I'm wrong please.)

So far it seems to be working. Lots of other settings in there I'm not sure about, such as the DiffServ.?

Hope that info helps you.

If you have also contacted them, be interested to know what you learnt too.

Cheers
