Also, dont forget DNS issues when using a multi ISP setup.

If the Draytek is using DNS servers from WAN1 ISP and WAN1 goes down then it will continue to look for the DNS Servers of WAN1 ISP. The solution is to use ISP independent DNS Servers on both routers. Consider OpenDNS or Google DNS for starters.
