Well I am talking to myself here, never the less I rolled back one firmware version and everything is working great.

I was at 1,5meg down load I am n ot at 13 meg download, and my wireless network is fine.

I have no idea if it was the firmware per say, because this is the first time I have rebooted the router in a few days too. But to be safe I won't be installing that version again ;)
