Sorry - my mistake - you must supply an IP or Range as well when doing the port. If you want ALL port 25 traffic go out out on WAN 1 you would need:
Protocol: Any
WAN: WAN1 - NO FAILOVER
SRC IP start: 192.168.1.1 (or whatever your IP range starts)
SRC IP end: 192.168.1.254 (or whatever your IP range ends)
Dest IP start: leave blank
Dest IP end: leave blank
Dest Port start: 25
Dest Port end: 25
Sorry about that !!

No probs.
Do you know any tweaks I can do to make internet faster over the two lines?
I'm getting some interesting results using the traffic graph.

You can not really make it faster - that suggests that you need to look at ADSL bonding (which the Draytek does not do) rather than Load Balancing.
All you can do is look at the number of computers connecting and the websites that they are visiting (or protocols they are using) and try and create some rules which shares that traffic between the two connections.

Cheers rpg, its all working at the moment with the settings you provided.
Only have 2 rules setup. So next i'm going to look at splitting the vpn traffic and CCTV traffic to different connections.
The traffic graph on the 2820n is useful.
Thanks for the help on this.
